Reflection

June 21, 2015 Water bubbles over the top of this fountain, which is a black rectangle at Fashion Island Mall in Newport Beach, California. I loved the reflections of the adjacent shops.

Bunnyhenge

June 7, 2015 This was originally intended as a circle where children could sit on the rabbits, but it attained cult status as a sculpture. There are fourteen rabbits sitting in the circle, discussing, it is said, world domination or just where they can find a good source of carrots and greens.

Great Blue Heron

May 17, 2015 We surprised this bird when we rounded a corner in the San Joaquin Marsh. I took this from about eight feet away. The bird did not mind our presence until we moved on.
